RETURN POLICY

We at Fames Chocolates greatly appreciate your patronage and sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you find the need to return your item due to dissatisfaction, we provide options such as a refund, store credit, or an exchange depending on your preference. The details of our return policy are provided below.
RETURNS 
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Fames Chocolates will only accept returned items that remain in new condition.
RETURN PROCESS
For a smooth return process, kindly reach out to our customer service team at info@fameschocolates.com, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, please proceed to securely pack the item in its original packaging, and mail it to the following address:

We also provide a prepaid shipping label enclosed inside your package for your convenience. Fames Chocolates will shoulder the return shipping charges.
REFUNDS 
Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the condition of your item, we will proceed with the desired action, whether that be a return or exchange. Please allow for 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your credit card statement, this is subject to your credit card company's policies and processes. You will be notified once the return has been completed.
EXCEPTIONS
